  • Mapped journeys for student inquiry, video booking, consultation, and follow-up guidance.

  • Established KPIs: consultation bookings, completion rate, student satisfaction, and delegate engagement.

Information Architecture:

  • Organized content into three main pillars: Explore Universities, Book Consultation, and Manage Consultation (for delegates).

  • Developed role-specific dashboards to streamline access to relevant information and reduce cognitive load.

Wireframing & Interaction Design

  • Created low-fidelity wireframes for both desktop and mobile, focusing on booking flow, video consultation interface, and country/course navigation.

  • High-fidelity design emphasized trust elements, clear CTAs, and easy navigation.

  • Components included country cards, delegate profiles, video consultation widgets, and progress indicators.

Prototyping & Validation

  • Interactive prototypes tested with 15 students and 5 delegates.

  • Validated ease of booking, navigation between universities and courses, and clarity of delegate information.

  • Iterated on microcopy and layout to improve trust and reduce friction.

We built a clear, trust-first platform that guides students and delegates efficiently: role-specific dashboards for students and delegates; concise university and course pages highlighting key eligibility and program details; a simplified video booking workflow with timezone awareness, reminders, and progress tracking; verified delegate profiles with credibility indicators; and consistent visual design across desktop and mobile to reinforce clarity, trust, and ease-of-use.
